New Potentials ~ Transforming

Week of August 18 - 23

This week begins with a new clarity and mental energy as the planet of mental acuity, Mercury is finally beginning to move forward in its direction and has been flowing to the planet of action and drive, Mars in Libra.  I wouldn’t be surprised to know you have more of a confidence and a more positive attitude towards some of the aspects of your life.  A really great week to consider being a positive influence or having a conversation with someone that can smooth things over or find a common ground to work from.  Team work is heightened and relationships can feel like they’re aligned and flowing in a way that may have felt tougher in recent weeks as the planets were not syncing. Overall a great time to have heart to heart talks and make agreemetns that work for all.

The climax this week is coming in the weekend.

Friday the 22nd, Sun enters Virgo beginning Virgo season this year, and awaits the arrival of the Moon on Saturday to start the show.

Saturday the 23rd,  We will have a New Moon in Virgo at the potent and promising 0’ while conjucting a powerful Fixed Star, Regulus.  This star was very important to the ancient astrologers and they considered it to be very powerful as an omen of fame, influence, and healing!  There are several other aspects that are being made to this lunation but I won’t go deep into them as they’re quincunx energies and it would be a whole tutorial to explain. (Being it will be Virgo Season on Friday, I may do a live to share more on this as I am a Virgo Sun and one thing Virgo’s adore is sharing information that helps anyone).  If you’d be interested in attending a live, let me know.  The Sun and Moon will be aspecting the outer planets that have been creating so much change for all of us in the two days following this lunation.  It’s a powerful time.   This is also the beginning of the Eclipse portal we enter for September!  Buckle up!  It’s always a trip to Cedar point energy during eclipses. The changes that come may be great and easy, or they could be jarring and depleting.  Your mindset matters most this time!  Virgo is that mental energy and this is big!

This is a new beginning.  All new moons have the energy of new beginnings but this one, at 0’ Virgo, is the real deal pure new beginning.

It can be your new beginning.

It is a new portal.

Not everything is connected yet or clear but your seeding it.

Think courage, optimism, hope, motivation, persistence, resilience, and being adaptable.

Remember too; The South node of Fate is here in Virgo and we’re still being given the ripe and supportive vibes to release and surrender what we are no longer feeling aligned with.

And another interesting piece to this new moon in Virgo is that the next New moon in 28 days, is in fact the Solar Eclipse in Virgo @ 29’, the most potent degree in the zodiac.  This month is a month to completely redo the virgo house in your chart. The beauty of astrology is not to live by it and make it your god, but to understand that the stars and planets were created by God to see his wisdom in the design.
