We are currently under the New Moon energy yesterday and into today, Tuesday the 3rd. This new moon falls in Virgo, The sign that loves a clean, organized and well thought out plan and routine to improve our life, both physically and mentally. She loves for us to have healthy habits and create a life and home that feels safe and in alignment with our core values around health and well-being. She loves the details and will be your best friend energy in getting organized and in the best mental and physical health you can imagine! I am a Virgo Sun and I can't love this enough.
The moon is related to our feelings and emotions, our home and the environment in which we move through daily. The Moon being in her new phase is all about renewal, new beginnings and it makes it an ideal time to set our intentions and get into union with the dirty details that we must see to be able to clean out and welcome in new. I love this energy for creating healthy routines and getting ready for the fall season that will lead into winter. Virgo season is always abut the harvest. We are getting ready to slow down and move into the shorter days and longer nights season in our lives. We can use this energy to go in with a plan, ready for anything to happen as we welcome eclipse season.
While the New moon is still in aspect this day, its best to set the intentions and use the energy in the few days after as that is when the energy of new is potent! This new moon is also preparing us for the eclipse season’s first Lunar eclipse which is coming later in the month on the 17th in Pisces sitting with Saturn and Neptune. We will feel like things are moving and shaking and changes will come again! Once again, making this a lovely time to set down and create some rhythms that feel good for you and your world.
I love to get a candle, paper, pen and sometimes Ill use pictures, herbs, feathers, stones, and many other divinations tools (reach out if you’d like to know more ways to harness the energies.) to focus and get my intentions on paper. I am HUGE on writing it down. The actions from the brain and your nervous system actually hard wire it in instead of fleeting feelings and thoughts about what you want or typing it on a phone.
Trust me on this, please.
